Why We Built This Program

Most finance training teaches theory. We started there too, back in 2019. What we discovered? Theory doesn't prepare you for messy data, resistant department heads, or systems that weren't designed for activity tracking.

So we rebuilt our curriculum around actual implementation challenges. Students work through case studies from Thai manufacturing, hospitality, and service companies. You'll see where ABB works brilliantly and where traditional methods still make more sense.

Our graduates report spending 40% less time on budget revisions because they understand cost drivers from the start. That's the practical difference solid training makes.

What You'll Actually Learn

Six modules over eight months. Each builds on work you complete with your own organization's data. We cover both the technical frameworks and the people challenges.

01

Cost Driver Analysis

Identify activities that actually drive costs in your operations. We'll teach you when to drill deeper and when aggregation makes sense.

02

Resource Mapping

Connect resources to activities with practical allocation methods. You'll handle shared services, overhead distribution, and capacity constraints.

03

System Integration

Most companies use existing ERP systems. Learn how to extract and structure data without expensive custom software.

04

Variance Analysis

Build meaningful variance reports that highlight operational issues rather than just accounting differences.

05

Stakeholder Management

Finance doesn't operate in isolation. Practice presenting ABB insights to operations teams who think differently about costs.

06

Continuous Improvement

Design review cycles that keep your ABB model relevant as business operations evolve and change.

Learn From People Who've Done This Work

Our instructors spent years implementing ABB in various industries before they started teaching. They've made the mistakes so you don't have to, and they'll share what actually worked in real environments.

How The Program Works

We meet twice monthly for hands-on sessions. Between meetings, you'll complete assignments using your company's actual budget data. Most students spend 6-8 hours per week on coursework.

You'll need access to cost data from your organization. If that's not possible, we provide sanitized datasets from real companies.

  • September 2025

Program begins with cohort orientation and foundational concepts. You'll complete your first cost driver analysis.

  • October - February 2026

Core modules with biweekly sessions. Each module includes live instruction, case work, and peer review of your assignments.

  • March - April 2026

Final project where you design a complete ABB framework for your organization or a provided case company.
