Our operations are based in Thailand, and we comply with Thai data protection regulations, including the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).

Account Information

When you create an account with Webon-Urlyx, we ask for basic details. Your name, email address, and a password you choose. If you're using our platform for business purposes, we might also collect your company name and role.

We don't ask for more than we need. No lengthy forms or unnecessary questions.

Financial Data

Since we're a budgeting platform, you'll input financial information. This includes budget categories, spending amounts, activity details, and goals you set. We store this data to provide you with insights and help you track your financial activities over time.

We never ask for your banking passwords or direct account access. Any financial connections you make are through secure, encrypted third-party services that specialize in financial data integration.

Usage Information

Like most online platforms, we collect data about how you use our service. Which features you access most, how long you spend on certain pages, what browser you're using. This helps us figure out what's working and what needs improvement.

We also log your IP address and device information. Not to track your every move, but to protect your account from unauthorized access and to troubleshoot technical issues when they come up.

How We Use Your Information

Service Delivery We use your data to provide the budgeting tools you signed up for. Storing your budget information, generating reports, sending you notifications about spending patterns.
Platform Improvement Usage data helps us understand which features matter most to our users. We analyze patterns to improve the interface and develop new tools that actually solve problems.
Communication We'll send you important updates about your account, changes to our service, or security alerts. We might also send educational content about budgeting, but you can opt out of those messages anytime.
Security Your login data and activity logs help us detect suspicious behavior and protect your account from unauthorized access.

We don't sell your data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. Our business model is based on providing a valuable service, not monetizing your personal information.

Access and Export

You can view all the data we've collected about you at any time through your account settings. Want a copy? We'll provide your information in a standard format that you can download and use elsewhere.

Correction and Updates

Noticed something wrong? You can edit your account information and financial data directly in the platform. If you can't find something you need to change, reach out to our support team.

Deletion

If you want to delete your account, you can do so from your settings. We'll remove your personal information within 30 days. Some data might be retained in backups for up to 90 days for technical reasons, but it becomes inaccessible and will be permanently deleted after that period.

Marketing Preferences

You control what messages you receive from us. Unsubscribe from educational emails with one click. You'll still get important account and security notifications, but we won't send you content you don't want.

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act, you have additional rights including the right to object to certain processing, request data portability, and lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee if you believe your rights have been violated.

Security Measures

Protecting your financial information isn't something we take lightly. Here's what we do:

  • All data transmission uses industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3)
  • Your password is hashed using secure algorithms and never stored in plain text
  • Our servers are hosted in secure facilities with restricted physical access
  • We conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
  • Staff access to user data is strictly limited and logged
  • We maintain backup systems to prevent data loss

No system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute protection. But we invest heavily in security and respond quickly when issues are identified.

Data Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. This makes sense because you need access to your historical budget information to track progress and make informed decisions.

After you delete your account, we'll retain some information for a limited period:

  • Transaction logs for security purposes: 90 days
  • Legal and compliance records: up to 7 years as required by Thai law
  • Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics: indefinitely for platform improvement

Once retention periods expire, data is permanently deleted from our active systems and backups.

International Data Transfers

Our primary servers are located in Thailand. However, some of our service providers operate internationally, which means your data might be processed in other countries.

When we transfer data outside Thailand, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place. This includes using providers that comply with international data protection standards and implementing contractual protections.

By using Webon-Urlyx, you consent to this transfer and processing of your information.

Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies. Small text files that help our platform remember you between sessions. This includes:

  • Essential cookies that keep you logged in and remember your preferences
  • Analytics cookies that help us understand how people use the platform
  • Security cookies that protect against unauthorized access

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this might affect how the platform works. Some features require cookies to function properly.

We don't use advertising cookies or share cookie data with ad networks.

Children's Privacy

Webon-Urlyx is designed for adults managing personal or business finances. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 years old.

If we discover that we've accidentally collected data from someone under 18, we'll delete it promptly. If you're a parent and believe your child has provided us with information, contact us immediately.

Changes to This Policy

We update this policy occasionally. When we do, we'll change the date at the top and notify you through the platform or via email if the changes are significant.

Continuing to use Webon-Urlyx after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy. If you don't agree with changes, you should stop using the service and delete your account.

We try not to make changes that reduce your privacy protections without giving you a clear choice about whether to continue using the service.
